Horrible, horrible, horrible office staff!!! I spoke to the "manager of records" to find records from 10 years ago. I had a paper copy but needed them to update the new online system for the state. They had me in the system but no record for seeing me; she wouldn't even let me email her my hard copy for proof. She admitted that they switched systems 2 years ago but couldn't admit that maybe the files got lost.
