Had to put a star to leave this comment but honestly no stars giving unsanitary they drop the chorizo on the ground and put it back on the line no gloves wearing everybody wears jewelry they favorite people this place has had a recall on there chorizo for metal
I bought the APCO chorizo . I was very disappointed because when I started to cook it, it turned into Grease soup just grease floating in a pan with a few pieces of meat showing. I contacted Customer Service at APCO and they were very kind but telling me that I have to take it to H-E-B and, ask for a refund and I wanted chorizo with less grease. I had to buy their special chorizo. I will stick with kielbasa they only have one brand of chorizo and it's got very little fat content in it and the flavor is great.
After being alive for over 41 years, the summer sausage has to be the worst thing I've ever tasted. And I've been to some very raunchy restaurants.
