Im no doctor but I was a little disappointed when they told me There was nothing they could do for me Because my condition wasn't serious enough. Even though x-rays showed my Arthritis had pretty well had the bones rubbing on each other on my knee, but I told him there was minimal pain. The doctor said I can't run any more. And I just have to wait till it gets worse. I thought maybe they could give me a shot or something. He just recommended an exercise regimen.
