I was told this treatment would take up to 12 months and that progress would be very slow, which I accepted. After three months, I was abruptly told there was nothing more they could do and to return to a dermatologist, which felt inconsistent and dismissive. I also overheard staff discussing their disappointment that I did not see progress, despite being repeatedly told not to expect visible results early on. Overall, the communication felt unprofessional and the experience felt like patient abandonment.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Sanchez and her in-person staff. Unfortunately, the answering service that takes calls and schedules appointments is infuriating and difficult to navigate. I’ve had to call dozens of times just to get the necessary paperwork I needed, and when I’ve called with questions, I’ve simply never been called back.
