Maria the receptionist was very disappointing. I did my due diligence to fill out the patient form that morning of my appointment (my appointment was at 3pm). That’s enough time to check if they accept my insurance or not. She couldve told me over the phone that I can’t be seen because of insurance problems. Instead she told me in person that I can’t be seen because I dont have an insurance and I need to pay $300. When in fact the better explanation is that my insurance is out of network. Dr. Vasquez was professional, thorough and compassionate. She explains the lab results and discusses plans to achieve healthy and improved lab results. I have never had a doctor who took the time to explain any of my illnesses with educating me about the illness to my complete understanding. As her patient, I appreciate and commend Dr. Vasquez on her approach to treating and educating patients.
