I was visiting this facility a couple of times and was generally satisfied with the doctor. But unfortunately the office manager is absolutely rude and I decided to cancel all my future appointments because of her. I would not recommend going there.
Incompetent office staff.
Because I was told Dr. Johnson is retiring, I was placed with Dr. Foad. I found her to be a bit unprofessional. During two separate appointments, Dr. Foad took personal phone calls! She said “sorry, that was about another patient…”. Rather than excusing herself & stepping outside the room or letting it go to voicemail, she took the call during my appointment..in the room! Staff would not listen nor take accountability
Honestly I have only been a patient for a short time but I would recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Banks has great bedside manner and is so caring. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. I would recommend her to anyone!
