My 87 year old father and I had a terrible experience at the facility in Kerrville. We arrived between 10-15 minutes early for his appointment, and was turned away because we weren't there 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. This message was delivered in an email - but again, my father is 87. I had taken a day off and drove from Houston to take him to this appointment. Dr. Calhoun is an amazing doctor and has helped me so much on my medical journey. I can't recommend him and Luna enough. The staff here is alright, and unfortunately lazy when it comes to insurance. I was interrupted during a work meeting today due to an issue with insurance. They had listed 2 primary insurances as apposed to one. Instead of calling the insurances to verify which of the 2 was indeed primary, they asked me to call the insurances and verify.
