Went in for a consultation about a repair, It ended up being something beyond their capability which is fine, I can go elsewhere, however, the experience was not pleasant. First they assumed it was 22k when I told them it was 18k they then asked me if it was real. And they didn’t even provide a tray or any soft surface to put my necklace down on during the process…
