I went to San Antonio Jewelry to set a diamond in my possession and experienced an overall dissatisfaction with the store etiquette. After bringing in pictures for inspiration and meeting with an employee several times discussing the setting, the employee informed me that the Jewelers would not create a ring for me and that I should try another store. Very rude to me when I walked in and literally told me they wouldn't be able to sell my rings bc of the size so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend going here if they expect that kind of customer care... it's not worth it .... so rude

10 out of 10 would recommend San Antonio Jewelry! I took two diamonds to them that have sentimental value to me (but were cracked) to see if a custom design could be done and Marina was so helpful throughout the process of letting me know what was possible. In the end, they were able to create a beautiful necklace for me that I can wear everyday. I even bought a second necklace from them with the help of Hannah, who was incredible. They fixed my engagement ring the same day! They polished it and it looks brand new. Their prices are very reasonable and the turn around time is amazing!
