Been sitting on the plane over 3 hours. Van taking 5 people at a time. Horrible experience. Where’s the station manager? He’ll, where’s the TSA??
Small airport that was incredibly easy to get around. Loved it.
I liked it it had my favorite place cinnabon. I would go there again
Better customer service. There are some very helpful and pleasant staff members at this airport but you have by far some of the rudest employees, especially at the security points. Rude for no reason at all!
I would use them again. The service was good and didn't take long to get through security.

My youngest daughter departed 2 weeks ago for her new teaching position in Japan. You must arrive early as for any flight, especially if traveling overseas. The airport was clean and undergoing renovations to add more restaurant choices for passengers. The only issue I had is the ongoing construction at the entrance. Makes for a challenge getting in and in time as to not miss your flight.
The outside check-in guy is wonderful!! He is so courteous and happy! I meant to get his name cause this is the second time I have met him with my luggage and check-in and both times he made my day so cheerful! Goes out of his way to help every customer's needs! Also, the flight attendants were very nice and helpful! Great airline!
