I am extremely upset!!!!! Went to pick up the rental at Alamo Car Rental at the airport location. As we exit the car rental and present the document the woman at the booth stated that I was not added to the contract as an additional driver. I told her I’m add as the spouse. She stated “spouse you can’t be the spouse”. I told her we are married. She stated “you can’t be married, it’s not legal”. I told her yes it is. It's small but every thing went good no problems at all
Stranded my friends who served our country and told them to sleep on a concrete floor because they are a “security risk”.
I like the layout of the airport because it is easy to navigate through. Signs are clearly marked, and there are plenty of monitors available to see departures and arrivals. It is very clean and well maintained.
