the customer service is good, they have alot of food places to choose from and the airport always stays clean.
Going through security is very quick and efficient. Other airports could take lessons from San Antonio Airport.
I left San Antonio on June 27th to go to Jacksonville, Florida and am currently sitting at my departing gate in Jacksonville to come home. The difference is like night and day. My flight left San Antonio at 7 am, so I got to the airport by 5, and the process, from walking in the door to reaching my departing gate, took almost an hour because the place was packed. My 17 year old is an international and domestic flyer, so she has plenty of experience flying. I just dropped her off for her first flight from this airport, and from the cop at the departure drop off, to the bag check, to the security agent, every single person we encountered was rude and hateful. I don’t know how an adult justifies being hateful to a kid who is just maneuvering her way through a new airport.
