Terminals are very poorly labeled. No marquis for baggage claim (despite numerous unused electronic monitors). Even the maps (static) posted are incorrect. No staff on the concourses - only a few volunteers who seemed just as confused as the passengers. Vendor and good selection is horrible. Concourses are too narrow and were poorly maintained. Restrooms disgustingly filthy. Zero stars!
Parking is awful. Location is awful. Ways that you could improve this airport? Tear it down and build a new one somewhere outside of Loop 1604.

My friend and I were waiting in the cell phone lot. When it came time to pick up our friend, the line of cars waiting at the traffic light was so long no thanks to all those Uber & Lyft drivers make a LEFT TURN out of their staging lot. As I understand it, they should be TURNING RIGHT (NOT LEFT) when exiting their parking lot! Really wish Airport Police would enforce that.

TSA always seems like they hate their job. If you aren't a people person then maybe you shouldn't be working where you are surrounded by people!? I shouldn't have to find out that TSA gave my brother shit for having a paper drivers license and then taking all his stuff out when his flight was about to board. 18 years old just got his license, flying alone and that's what our city does to their passengers? I spent 24 hours overnight here on a flight that should have taken four hours. This was after sweltering on the tiny plane from Charlotte for over an hour waiting for someone to come and let us out. Never have I been treated so rudely and inconsiderately by a service that presumably wants your business. From now on, I'm taking the train.
