I'm Hoping to get the Governor to do a internal investigation for all our Complaints about Opertunity Home SA, if possible a lawsuit, any here who has bad experiences with them. Would like to sign a petition to send it to city Hall or the governor. And city council man or woman, we need change. This is Ridiculous.
It took years but it could've been my circumstances, but they helped me I got help I needed an not trying to mess that up for no body took to long ,I had to go threw something horrible n Housing helped me
I have been calling for days trying to get someone to answer. I start at 10:30am until 5pm no one answers. There are options to sit on hold then the phone disconnects. There is also an option to press 1 to go to the wait list and press to for inspections nobody answers either option. Once you use either option to try to get a person. The call offers to give a survey after the call. How can you survey calls after if no one ever answers them initially? Nobody will answer my calls or messages. I can’t get through online either. I’ve had no mail from them in several months, last being the letter they send out for application approval. Three months later in spring I received a call saying someone would be calling me in about 3 weeks to schedule an interview. Almost 4 months later halfway through August and still no word.
