I hope the owner, Martin Behrens, reads this personally because I need him to reach out to me about the conduct of his employees. On 8/23 I ordered a couple replacement garage doors from Home Depot. The technicians who come out to the house are fantastic. Dealing with the call center to get to them though is a nightmare. for a much more detailed, account I have a google review I will say their GM came through and fixed the issues. So I would say you can use them, but if you run into difficulties I would not waste time with middle management and go straight to him.
