I was scheduled at 2:30 on same day I made appointment and made it clear my son has special needs. After waiting 1 hr 20 min in reception room, I was told 3 patients are still ahead of us and each patient will take 30 minutes. I was shocked when receptionist stated that they booked SEVEN new patients all at same time. I was unhappy about this poor scheduling of patients and told I could wait in car if I wanted with my son.
