It's located by a hospital and other offices. I got lost leaving the doctor's visit. Eventually I was found and taken to my car. Fortunately this doctor has 3 different offices and I scheduled my next visit at one of the other offices. Very long walk to this office.

Had an appointment and arrived within the 15 minute window just to find out Dr. Chala was gone for the day. After being checked in, a lady came up to me and said that she was needing to reschedule me for another day. I took off of work just for this appointment. The only reason why I was running behind to this appointment is that the address they sent me via text led me to the other side of town. I had called front desk lady to notify her of the situation. They are in Medical Plaza 2!! Info texted with address for appointment was wrong. Appt was on time and I did not have to wait long.

The office staff is very polite and helpful ,n the patient portal is easy to navigate and my doctor Eddie flight red is very sweet and professional. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of how confusing and difficult it was for me to find out where his office was. Suite 115 medical plaza 2 . It took me 15 plus minutes to find parking and another 5 to walk to the office because the parking I found was in the way back. It was frustrating and I missed my appointment and had to reschedule. My advice is be there 40 minute... read more

I had two procedures on July 30th. Dr. Franklin and his team were the best! This is my second doctor visit with Dr. Franklin. Last time was 2019. I will continue to be a Dr. Franklin patient.
