Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person was wonderful! Special shout-outs to Erica, Harley, Ken, Lillie, Davide, Priscilla, and Dr. Johnson. Sometimes it is a challenge to get them on the phone, but the remainder of the process was easy, well organized, and helpful.

But the entire experience went unbelievably smoothly, and I’m incredibly grateful. Lillie, the RN in the pre-procedure room, was amazing—kind, patient, and very attentive to my hearing needs. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel at ease, and applied the IV so smo... read more
