I had my first appointment with Dr. Mallikarjun, who saw me and recommended both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. I scheduled both procedures with the front office that same day. Charges you $700 even when insurance pays 100% and they don't even care. They also cancelled my first appointment 2 days before even though it had been on the schedule for 3 months. They say they'll call you back in 24 hours, but they don't. Not a fan.
I want to sincerely thank the entire team for the outstanding care I received during my recent colonoscopy. As someone with hearing loss and some anxiety—especially about IVs and undergoing a procedure for the first time—I was truly nervous. I had procedure yesterday with Doctor josephE.Johnson .All the nurses, Dr. Johnson, and the anesthesiologist were great. I was very stressed that day, but they explained everything to me and were very kind. I am very grateful for their efforts
