Worst experience I have ever had. Scheduled a point and left a hour early to get to this appointment. They sent me a calendar invite I add it to my calendar and it has a address tied to it. this place should be by 151 and instead it takes me all the way to the rim. the ti.e comes and im trying to call and to Inform them and the audited message system.ask me like 8 different questions but it's putting me on the phone except with a actual person to get the problem resolved. I have attempted to schedule an appointment since Monday, March 31, 2025. Every time I call, I get someone to tell me to hold. I held for almost ten minutes, only to be told that no one was available to take my call, and then the call was hung up. On one occasion, it even sent me to voicemail to leave a message. When the office called me back, no messages had been left, nor had the portal been utilized to contact me.
