This place... I can’t not recommend. The manager Heather completely disregards FTC LAWS and regulations and consumer act laws. She refused to give me my prescription and illegally has a localized waiver form to release PATIENTS OWN prescription to them. I contacted board of optometrists and have filed an FTC complaint against their office for practices. I went in as a walk in needing a new set of glasses and contacts, even though they were full with appts, they still found time for me. The entire process was smooth, easy and the staff made it fun since they were so courteous and easy to get along with! Dr. Thomas was so nice and was thorough was the procedure for my fitting. When the fitting was done, the staff even took the time to fill out my contacts order, which they had on hand (extra brownie points for that), meaning I did not have to wait for my contacts to be ready ... read more
Very professional and courteous staff. My husband and I came in as walk ins on a Saturday. We were seen fast. The doctor was very friendly and nice. I highly recommend this place.
excellent. Appt was as schedule. Staff was polite and helpful. Dr Fadel explained several different options to me---he took his time. I chose the option for monovision. I dont have to use cheap reader glasses now. Will definitely use this office again, and would recommend to anyone looking for someone to go to.----Check out this office at Alamo Ranch. I am sure your experience will be as awesome as mine wise. P.S. I usually dont do reviews,but I was pleasently surprised by my visit to this office
Came in as a walk-in for an eye exam for my child. The entire staff was very courteous. The office smelled very nice as well. But most of all the doctor seeing my child was very welcoming and took the time for a real eye exam, he wasn't just rushing to get to the next appointment, he really cared about my child's eye exam and made my child feel very special. If you have kids, send them here for an eye exam!!! I would give 6 stars but there's a maximum of only 5 allowed. .
