We have called 7 times and the problems are never fixed. My disabled mom has been receiving the papper for 45 years and pays a very high price. The pepole working answer the phones do not care one way are another!! yall are very unprofessional in that department.

Been trying to cancel my subscription for a while now but no one will answer the phone finally got ahold of someone today , we've been paying 44 dollars a month for about a year now and it just went up to 48 this is BS for 1 paper week if it comes at all haven't received one in about 7 weeks now do not buy a subscription from these rip off artists, when I tried to cancel it they offered it to me for the low low price of 5 dollars a month I was so mad I just hung up

Hung on 2x in the middle of trying to get subscription cancelled. I would give Zero stars if possible.

Signed up for a paper subscription 3 months ago. After the first one was not delivered, I submitted an online ticket for redelivery (complete with confirmation email). It never came, so I waited for the next one, which also never came. I called and spoke with someone who said he would address the issue and have it redelivered. That never came.
