Signed up for a paper subscription 3 months ago. After the first one was not delivered, I submitted an online ticket for redelivery (complete with confirmation email). It never came, so I waited for the next one, which also never came. I called and spoke with someone who said he would address the issue and have it redelivered. That never came. I signed up with a vendor that specifically told me that they were running a special offer, and it would be 2 months at 30$ and he told me that 2 weeks before they charged my card again, I would be getting an email asking if I would like to continue my service. Less than a month goes by and I get a charge for 28$ on my card, I call (because of course you can’t easily cancel online) and the guy told me that he couldn’t cancel it today or refund me my money, but he could cancel it at the end of this pay period. I've never seen more dishonest agenda setting and propaganda framing from a news outlet. I read publications from around the world and satexpress is continually doing a disservice to the local populace. The editors and staff should be ashamed of what they do.

Worst website ever my friend’s mother passed away and there’s a story about her. He left a link on Facebook for us to all listen to when I go to the website. It keeps giving me pop-up windows and won’t allow me to listen to the story trying to get me to sign up for the stupid paper, which I do not want. I just want to listen to the story and support my friend through his mother’s death.
