Far exceeded expectations. This was the only business could come out the same day even though it was after 5. Alex was friendly and did great work. He explained all options, set expectations, and answered all my questions. I will definitely use in the future.
Fast response even though the request was made after normal work day hours and explained what work was necessary (didn't try to sell any unnecessary parts). Repaired multiple issues with the garage door and explained each repair in detail as he went along. The price charged was very reasonable. Very happy customer.
My torsion spring broke on my garage door and lifting a 160lb door by yourself is not fun! Thanks to Alex at SAEGD he came out on SATURDAY the same day I called him, and within a couple of hours notice too! He had the door fixed within minutes!!!! With a two year warranty and VERY reasonably priced to match!!!! My heart goes out to you my friend, and I hope to see you down at the coast some day doing what you love!
