I made an appointment weeks in advance. I arrive the day of my appointment, there's a sign that says "we're here, please call..." I call. Get put on hold. Hung up on. Have to call back only to be told that they canceled all their appointments for today and that I should have received several notifications- did not receive any type of communication in regards to canceling or rescheduling. What a joke. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
