Unfortunately, I had to get a root canal re-done and the thought of going through that process made me nauseous! Dr. Bayat removed my fears and anxiety during the procedure. Other than the sound of the drill, the entire experience was pleasant. Just bring your headphones! I need to get another root canal and I'm not dreading the procedure at all. DR. Frank is a great dentist, our family had used his professional services for many, many years. He is a very reliable dentist, we never had problems with work done by him.. Previously of using his services, our family had very bad experiences with other dental offices.. The office staff of Dr. Frank, is very efficient and courteous. Our family is very blessed to find him and his dental office services.
The entire staff at this office is very helpful, attentive and courteous. I have a fair amount of anxiety about going to the dentist, but their gentleness and reassurance helped me overcome my fear and their professionalism and excellent work made driving a long distance to get there worth it!
Dr. Aryan is professional and friendly. The office is clean & inviting to patients. His office staff is helpful.
I am wondering how this office get 3.9/5.0!!!! This doctor and his staff are rude, not honest at all. it is wasting time, last time my son had a cleaning appointment, the hygienist was busy so the doctor try to use the fluoride only and he said come after six months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said really! and I asked the doctor if he ever cleaned his teeth! his face turned to blue- red and kept silent. I felt that I wasted my time with dishonest person.
I had my first appt 2 wks ago and had to leave since I waited 2.5hrs and only had X-rays done. I requested the first available appt so I would not have to wait, 2 wks later I checked in and was told I would be first appt of the day only to have 5 patients who apparently all had the same time. I once again left and requested pymt back. Dr. Aryan has a great bedside manner, he was thorough on explaining things, I bet he's great. My time is valuable, and wasted. Very disappointing.
He and his staff were very kind and took the time to make me feel comfortable as well as not experiencing any pain during a root canal. They use the latest equipment and have TV's on the ceiling to keep your mind otherwise occupied. Besides the root canal not being as bad as I was dreading, the temporary crown was so good I couldn't tell the difference between it and the permanent crown. I live on the other side of town but worth the drive. I will be back
