Poor management. That guy Mike NEVER responds. The door to the office is always locked. There’s no way to get through to them. Only one thing out of the many issues the house I rent has been fixed and it was a crappy job done by maintenance. My house could catch on fire and they wouldn’t realize it until they miss the next rent.
