Unbelievable that I can't reach anyone here. I had an appointment, I asked the counselor to give me 5 min to find a better spot to talk, she said yes and never called me back. They rescheduled me for 5p Sunday, Aug 24th, I just checked my schedule and they canceled me without telling me why. So unprofessional!
Was recommended by our family doctor and a friend but has been so difficult to work with them to get appointment and EAP benefits linked. Our provider reached out three times in the last week and no one has contacted back. I was able to get through or get a call back within a day. I offered to loop them into the call or give them the number so can connect. They only looked and said no voicemails found, and have them call yet again! If I can give this place, no stars I would. I love my counselor at this place She’s amazing and I will give her 1 million stars but I will give the billing department no stars at all. How do you contact the person not even 24 hours before the appointment to say that my insurance was not valid. I warn the office in May that my insurance will go back to my other insurance starting June. I thought that was taken care of me being a busy person because I’m a mom I forgot to call back to do a reinsurance. The supervisor and the co... read more
