Company is not up front that they only offer remote counseling for children. Called them and told them that I need an in person counselor for son and I spent 30 minutes giving them details about my son and at the end of the call they say we only do remote counseling for children (recommend leading with this with potential clients and not wasting peoples time). I would leave no stars if that was an option, this practice should not be in practice, their telehealth is a joke. My 14 year old son was completely abandoned when he needed mental health support most. His “counselor” constantly missed appointments and kept blaming bad connection. I reported and reached out to the office supervisor multiple times and they couldn’t or didn’t care enough to fix the issue. I will be reporting to the LPC board

The level of unprofessionalism at this place is unmatched. I’m a new patient and they scheduled me for the next day at 9:30am with Patricia Garcia. I received an email reminder of the appointment and everything. I arrived and the doors are closed so I called and someone opened the door and asked who I’m scheduled with and she says Patricia is on her way and to have a seat in the waiting room. Around 9:35 someone walked in and I hear a conversation in the hallway that starts with “Hi Patty”. So I’m waiting because that sounds... read more

I waites 30 minutes past my appointment time with NO communication. Just waiting for someone to start the telehealth visit. I am so disappointed as I have been looking forward to this. They quickly took my co pay with NO issue…not a way to treat patients who are seeking to get help. This is so discouraging and disappointing.

I'd wished my experience would've been like my past counseling experience years ago, but sadly it wasn't. I feel like I need counseling to recover from the very eary and unsettling experience that I had with Brenda Echols. She's a conspiracy theorist who doesn't steer away from talking about it in her sessions.
