I've been trying to make an appointment. They confirm the appointment, but when the day finally arrives—after a very long wait—she doesn't show up. I reschedule the appointment, go to the session, and she tells me she's not the right person for me and refers me to another therapist at a different company. Fortunately, I have no suicidal thoughts, because otherwise I'd already be dead.

The absolute worst. Honestly they would rather a child suffer a mental health episode than assist you. We had been with them since 2022 and now all of a sudden the last few months they say there is an issue with my insurance. Despite having a court order on file for the insurance and a coordination of benefits completed they refuse to assist. This company is absolutely a scam. The associate I spoke to had zero Customer Service skills. I inquired about services last week and mentioned that I would need to know if my insurance is accepted and my co-pay before I schedule an appointment. The associate I spoke with said It’s fine. I can still schedule an appointment and they would let you know before the appointment my co-pay and I would be able to cancel If I needed to. I knew that didn’t sound right, but I went with it. My therapist was amazing, but the office handling insurance was absolutely terrible. Like clockwork, a day or so before my appointment, they'd call and tell me I didn't have insurance. The first few times, I truly thought something was wrong with my insurance and called my insurance company, panicked. Turns out, this place just doesn't know how to run insurance.
