My counselor was great, however, their policy is that if you have a balance of less than $60 they can charge your card on file without informing you first. Thankfully I did not overdraft, but I wasn't expecting a $50 bill to come out either. I would have appreciated a quick call letting me know they were going to charge my card.
I posted a review some time ago but realized it wasn't the right center I visited as they have many across the city. I wasn't happy with the services and didn't feel the therapist cared about my issues at all. I though therapy was about support but obviously not here. Its so hard to find therapists that care I feel like giving up on therapy all together. Most of the centers that are good aren't taking new patients and others don't even pick up the phone.
