March 17, 2018 TIPS procedure on my wife Helen went flawlessly. Five years later everything is where it should be without any issues. After meeting Dr. Goffigan, I requested his services when Dr. Reddy suggested TIPS to alleviate internal bleeding. His bedside manner is outstanding. He is caring and considerate. I would recommend him to any and all in need of internal procedures.
