This company takes Jobs from Lowes Shows up to collect doesn’t finish the job doesn’t respond when you try to contact them & when they answer supposedly you’ll get a call back weeks go by & nothing If that’s how they do business for Big Companies I would hate to pay & hire them paying out of pocket HORRIBLE

its actually scary at times not knowing who you can trust in your home. We were referred to this company by A friend who said his landlord used this company and they were happy. a apartment owner trust this family owned business and said good things and I agree. The work who even samsung certified employees couldn't help me and bad us waiting for weeks was done by this technician in 2 days . They are quick but professionally quick ..they explained everything and even put warranty in writing. Nobody is perfect so be patient..... read more

Horrible communication. Paid deposit 2/26 to have repair done 3/2 On this day we had a schedule appointment between 1-4.. 3:59 I had to call them to see if they were still available rep stated if they could push back to 6 after I waited all day! They checked stated we needed to order parts and it would be in by 3/2 3/2: part still not in, no communication from business that they would need to reschedule 3/3: part still not in no communication from business once again 3/4 : no answer from business at all 3/5 business number s... read more

Professional, nice gentleman who showed up on time, did great work and his quote was less than half of a competing service company. I am now a very loyal customer!!! Highly recommend!!
