Working with Rick Bauer to gain and maintain better control of my temper and angry outbursts saved my marriage. Rick is a true empath who clearly understands anger management and all its idiosyncrasies. He is patient, supportive, and exceedingly knowledgeable. His insights into the nature of anger, what it is, where it comes from, and how his patients can best overcome inappropriate behavior are truly remarkable. I only wish I had met him twenty years ago. I originally initiated and arrived at Rick's doorstep, basically going through the motions for my wife because I really didn't feel that I had much of an anger issue. I went in expecting to prove once and for all that "it wasn't me" who had a problem.
