Everyone from the sales rep to the technicians were great. I got recommended to them by a good friend of mine, and they lived up to it. My A/C went out on July 2nd so I called them the next day. Christian, the sales rep, arrived and went over everything the same day. He’s a really good guy but he has to have the easiest sales job ever because the benefits of the membership are unbeatable. My experience with this company wasn’t great, my husband called last night to schedule an appointment since we have an emergency with the A/C, they make the appointment for today between 8-12, at 7:45 my husband received a call from a employee verifying the address. Since they haven’t show up my husband call the company the person that answered (male) leave him on hold for 20 min and hangs up the call. They did a great job. However, the dust appears to be the same. Hopefully, when the APOC-X is installed, progress in dust will decrease?????

Nichole Gonzalez was excellent on time and very professional along with the other gentlemen they explain what was being done and made recommendations to keep my system running for many years to come.
