I didn’t use flight services but my brief experience was unpleasant and not helpful. After my in person encounter, I called back and was promised a callback, never received one. Yes, the lady that answered didn’t take my name but asked if the number I was calling from was a good call back number. She said she was going to have another employee call me back, I assume one of the ladies I encountered at your front desk.
Best FBO in San Antonio by far!!! Great ambience, great service!! Been coming here regularly for 5 years...
We arrived yesterday, and the true is that I didn,t see courtesy and friendship with pax and crew from the staff, first time in many years.
