If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have lived here since June. I had a list of over 25 maintenance requests because the apartment wasn't cleaned and maintained prior to moving in, though I was charged a fee of $300 to prepare the apartment prior to moving in. There was hair on all of the baseboards in both bathrooms and the carpets were not only not shampooed they were not vacuumed.
