We bought a 2020 Jayco pinnacle from these people and went to go pick it up the front of the trailer was all scratched and the decal was torn up a bunch of things were destroyed inside the trailer. I bought this trailer in July and here it is the middle of December and I still haven't received the tags for the trailer. the AC unit is out the furnace is out the fan in the bathroom is out. do not buy a trailer at this dealership you will be disappointed.
First time buying an Travel trailer RV. Will Eubank was our salesmen, we explained what we wanted along with all the upgrades. Will was kind enough to take pictures and sent them to us. Will is very nice and gave us great tips. He also, kept up with the upgrades and kept us posted. Definitely ask for Will Eubank, you will happy you did.
I’m a first time buyer and Will Eubanks made it a very easy deal. Everything was done over the phone due to work for myself being out of town. Once I came to San Angelo to pick up the RV Henry gave a great detailed tour. Will was also very reasonable with time. Definitely will be back for more business!
