When I had to change health coverage and could no longer see my longtime doctor, I was all set a disappointment with whatever new doctor I could find in-network. But, Dr Sreenivasen and her entire staff have been STELLAR! Aside from the caring and patient office visit with Dr Sreenivasen, her whole staff has been a refreshing delight to work with from appointment setting to check in to follow up. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Sreenivasen! She is genuinely caring and kind, and she is incredibly thorough in her approach. She takes the time to listen to concerns, asks thoughtful questions, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stand out, and I always leave appointments feeling confident in my care.

I was happy to see there was a lab at Unions Hills Family location. On my first annual visit with her I expected my annual lab orders but she said only if my insurance covers it. She works with insurance companies, not patients. During COVID I was reluctant to keep my appt but I did. Dr S walked in double masked, a face shield, and gloves. I asked her what do I take if I get Covid. She said just get lots of rest and stay hydrated.
