I was happy to see there was a lab at Unions Hills Family location. On my first annual visit with her I expected my annual lab orders but she said only if my insurance covers it. She works with insurance companies, not patients. She eventually dropped my insurance company.
Excellent doctor and highly recommended.
My mom has changed doctors because her care was bad here. While my mom’s older and her medical needs are more complex, Dr. S poorly managed her care. It was difficult to schedule appointments and when my mom was scheduled for labs, the lab there was randomly closed at “open” times. My mom is 82 and found this frustrating. Anyhoo….Dr. S kept her on the same urinary meds for 10 years which didn’t work (urology consult? Dr. Screenivasan, MD is an amazing Dr. Thank you for always taking the time with me and all my needs.
She’s the best primary care doctor she always listens to my concerns she will always be my primary care doctor also staff is friendly here
