Went beyond expectations with roof leak repair. They procured roof shingles that matched exactly. All completed within 48h of the initial call. Documented with plenty photos before and after repair. (Clearly overhanging untrimmed tree branches were the cause). Outstanding!

We needed a dryer vent on our roof replaced. There was some confusion about the project and we had an issue, however we were impressed with how the issue was handled and pleased with the outcome. We felt Samurai cared about us and demonstrated integrity. We can recommend them and would use their service in the future.
Incredible company toh. The owner and general manager went above and beyond for my elderly mother. They were patient, kind and thorough. They even had their guys move some heavy decor around for her that she happened to mention in our conversations. (Was not part of the job.) They dropped coffee bags & notices to the neighbors the day before starting which we really appreciated. The roofing started early and they were able to finish the same day with a good clean up.
