Took awhile to get in but totally worth the wait food was real good we go back again
Been here a lot. Favorite shop in Seattle bar none.
Used to love this place.not anymore, Waited 30 minutes to be seated and another 15 minutes to be given a menu. Then 25 minutes to get my food. Ridiculous. I highly advise you Do not come here
From my 3 years in japan and hundreds of times eating ramen there. This was just ok. They are doing an ok job. The broth and noodles were good but the pork was not. If you don't know then you won't know until you go to japan or China.
What I examined was Soy-sauce based Tampopo. It tastes really an authentic Tokyo-style ramen so called Chuka Soba. Al Dente, quartery boiled noodle best matches my favorites.
