Roberto and all of his team were hard working professionals throughout the project. The finished basement is absolutely beautiful. Roberto was always very responsive and happy to make any adjustments as needed. I would definitely recommend Samur Enterprises for any project.
I hired Roberto to patch and paint two apartments in August of 2021. He quoted $3000 and won the bid. After a day and a half of work on the first apartment, he contacted me to let me know that he had “screwed up the quote” and needed an extra $1400 or he was walking off the job. I told him that I understood and that I was willing to cover half of his “screw up” including an additional $100. Bringing the total to $3800 plus tax. He refused to finish.
