My experience was very bad. They are liquidating and lies just to sell the products and once you pay them they won’t return it back or refund you. I wanted to get a ring for my wife’s birthday as time was approaching I stopped looking online just because online shopping takes time to deliver a product. So, I went to Samuels and they said they can resize the ring before her birthday and promised they will deliver by that time. Great sales
Purchased a wedding ring set from this company and purchased the "lifetime warranty" I've been taking my ring to have diamonds checked every 6 months as required by the contract in order for it to be valid and upon my last visit I was told the company filed bankruptcy and canceled the lifetime warranty. One of my diamonds fell out which I have, but they will not fix it under the warranty. Bad business
