My husband got MAJORLY ripped off. Bought a 20" gold chain at a ridiculously high price (I'm the jewelry expert in our home) & was given an 18" chain. No exchanges, no returns because they're going out if business. I hope to have an attorney by Wed so we can have this resolved before they close their doors. EVERYONE SHOULD READ REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING ANY LARGE or EXPENSIVE PURCHASE, ESPECIALLY DURING HOLIDAYS, REALLY AT ANY TIME.
