Dennis had helped me a few years ago with a referral to another broker in Portland, which turned out very well. I came in today just to ask questions and get an appraisal on some jewelry I had. Turns out, I ended up selling the items instantly. I had previously thought they only bought gold & silver, but they buy jewelry too. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and got a fair price for my old stuff. Thank you!
Will be happy to change my review once my ring is returned in good condition. Brought a diamond ring to have resized, meant to be completed the next day. I then received a call that two jewelers had covid and there would be a delay. Totally understandable. However, it's been two weeks now, no contact and not answering my calls. When you hold people's valuables they should not have to chase you down for information. Hopefully I will get the ring back ASAP.
I bought my ring from here. Then I also got it sized here same day. Afterwards we noticed thinning on the bottom so we take it to a jewler a couple months later and It's thinning on the bottom. They soldered another piece of metal that wasn't even white gold. The ring is used, looks like it has been used for 10-15 years which they did not tell us when buying the ring. They scraped metal off to hold the diamond in place. Among other issues. I actually got scammed from here. Don't buy anything from this store.
