I joined a new pickleball league three weeks ago at Samuel Grand and Ben encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and play. He was extremely personable and even warmed up with me to take off any pressure of the anxiety of meeting a new friend group/ social group setting. I cannot thank him enough for his humbleness, hospitality, and overall great customer service. Looked up a place to play pickleball as a group activity for work and found Samuel Grand. A few of us pulled up and were greeted with a smile by an awesome front desk employee Jocelyn. She informed us that we needed to create an account and make a reservation. It was quick and simple. Luckily there was a court available. Jocelyn was very accommodating signing everyone up and even explaining a few of the rules for pickleball (we googled a few as well). The courts seem to be well maintained.
