Dr. Yu needs to UPDATE his information on Google also he NEEDS to tell his front desk employees that Dr. Yu doesn't take new patients instead of telling people Dr. Yu doesn't accept their insurpassed.. My mom came home pissed. I personally think there needs to be more communication in the office
Dr. Yu and staff are extremely helpful, assertive and provide an atmosphere of caring and support. I've been working with this doctor over the last few years and he's helped me me in so many ways. Providing supportive measures during COVID-19 along with ensuring success of my most recent surgery (kidney transplant). His staff consistently follows up on 'what's needed' for issues related to prescriptions, short term disability and working directly with local hospitals-ensuring there are no gaps in coverage or care.
