I had an appointment with this provider on 11/30/24 at 10:30 am. Upon walking in, there was no receptionist and I waited about 10 mins before the provider came out to ask for my ID and insurance card. I was informed that his staff didn’t show up today. I told him my physical insurance card hadn’t come in yet so he asked me to text it to him. Strange, but I did it anyways. Just visited as a new patient. Omg Dr. Wong is absolutely the best in the city. Very patient, knowledgeable and caring. The front desk lady is also very patient!
