Terrible, worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Surprised he isn’t messing up peoples teeth just for the fun of it, unacceptable behavior. He hung up in my face as well.
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Dr. Samuel Watts. His behavior during my visit was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly alarming. As a patient, I expected to be heard and respected—not talked over and brushed aside when trying to voice my concerns. You completely misrepresented the payment plan from the start. Dr. Watts helped me so much when it came to improving my smile and confidence. I’m not sure how he did it, but he transformed my entire smile. I couldn’t thank him enough!!
I highly recommend Dr Sam Watts for orthodontic care. He does all the work himself on my child’s mouth, and he’s easy to get ahold of if something wrong, even in weekends.
My niece referred me to Dr Watts. I had a consultation this morning that was amazing! Dr Watts had great bedside manners. He was up beat and explained my procedure and his expectations. He’s more hands on and elaborated about the intricate parts of the procedure. I really recommend him.
