I am a ex employee and all these reviews match the truth. Dr Townsley is a rude person and management stinks. Watch out because they might do the wrong tooth.seen it happen. They treat their employees terrible and all the good employees have quite and that happened in 2 weeks Several Dr's have quite and it is a toxic workplace! Don't go there!!
They are so rude to their costumers and lack empathy. Yall should go back and listen to your momma on how you’re supposed to treat people. (also not to mention their snarky comments back on people’s bad reviews.) Honey people don’t just make bad reviews for fun. Someone being upset about having to reschedule for being 5 mins late is totally understandable. Yall are so insensitive and unprofessional.
I am completely disappointed and irritated at the way that the office workers at this establishment treat their clients. I have been a patient since around 2020. I had recently made an appointment after receiving a new insurance through my parents. I made the appointment online and called ahead to make sure the insurance was accepted and I was good to go for my appointment.
