My experience has been terrible especially with the rude "MA'S" I take an antidepressant and the office forces me to go in and pay 70.dollars for a script. Maybe I'm wrong and do not understand their reason for this but every 3 months! Why? In the past this same office would see me every 6 months what has changed. The economy is rough now a days I just can not afford to being seeing a PA every 3 months. ONCE AGAIN the "MA's" are rude over the phone and did not have any compassion for me and my situation. Been calling for weeks to make an appointment but i was always on hold for so long I had to hang up eventually. Lat call I called 15 min before closing and the lady in the front desk answered, told her I needed an appointment that I was a new patient she put me on hold till 5 min after closing and handed up. Tried calling back but they but the phone to not receive called and send straight to voicemail!

It's been a month and I'm still waiting to see the doctor for my results. I made 2 appointments to see if I could get my results on a conference call but I never got a call from the doctor or the staff. I don't recommend this doctor or this office for any medical services!!
