Shipping side very respectful, gratuitous and thankful, had my son with me and Mike the shipping manager whom also loaded me was very nice loaded promptly and went out of his way to make sure i was happy with the loading process and how it was loaded. Placed an order online. Paid $65 for express shipping and they did not ship til 3 days after purchasing. I asked for shipping to be downgraded or to cancel my order. Customer service ignored my emails.
