I drive dry van. Checked in at 12:45pm. Appointment time was 2pm. They gave me a door right away, but didn’t start loading me until about 2:15pm. But they finished in about 20-25 minutes. Friendly people. Fast loading. Would load here again. I’ll know next time to just come at my scheduled appointment time.
The shipping office staff are very nice and helpful. There was a bit of confusion with my broker, who told me my pickup appointment was at 8:00 AM, but according to the shipping office, all the paperwork for Canada loads is usually ready after 10 or 11 AM. Despite that, the shipper was really quick with the loading process once everything was ready. Good place pick up done in 1 hour can park overnight too
