Place is great, staff super kind, they actually stayed open after closing to see me. Never had a problem dealing with them ever. Been with them almost 2 years

This is the most disrespectful physician I have encountered in my life. He made threats to me via text message. I will report his office to the OMMU and the state health department. Do not visit this guy.
I wish I could give zero stars. My daughter went to him after a horrible car accident. He was unprofessional, record keeping was awful (so bad that she lost her disability case and had to settle her lawsuit all because his records contradicted themselves so much), prescribed medicines that were the wrong dose and she ended up in the ER, violated HIPAA rights (mixed up her psych evaluation with someone else's and gave us all of their info), etc. She is now broke and disabled at 24 and can't even get disability.
