Hands down one of the best medical experiences we have ever had. Got called back within 24 hours, and when I informed them I was going to be a self-pay patient (well, my son was technically) the lady who called to schedule an appt made sure that someone in finance dept called me first and they made sure I knew what my estimated bill would be total and what it would cover and for how long.
