The people working at University urology office are terrible. I had an appointment. Saw Dr. Qassab for bladder stones and blood in urine. During the procedure to remove the stones I woke up from the anesthesia too soon and there was still a tube up in my urethra. Clearly this wasn't supposed to happen. I wasn't supposed to wake up during the procedure. It was extremely painful. During the initial examination he asked me very inappropriate questions which made me extremely uncomfortable. He asked me if I masturbate, how often do I have sex, and if I use sex toys. Dr. Qassab and his team provide outstanding care! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported. Dr. Qassab is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnoses and treatment options. The staff is kind, professional, and efficient, making every visit seamless and comfortable. What could have been a stressful experience was handled with the utmost care and compassion. If you’re seeking a skilled and caring urologist, I can’t recommend him enough!
Worst experience I’ve ever heard. Had a family member they attempted to rip off by him & his office. They “billed” an astronomical amount and could not explain what, where, or why. The receptionist was extremely rude. The whole practice is a rip off. Avoid at all costs!
Would definitely recommend this practice. Dr. Qassab was fantastic.
